Job Summary
Senior Health BA will act as the primary bridge between Prudential business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirement elicitation, solution alignment, and delivery clarity for health insurance platforms
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business requirement elicitation across Health Insurance domains (Underwriting, Policy Admin, Claims, Billing, Wellness).

Engage with business users, actuaries, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders to capture business needs and pain points.

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to shape solution blueprints aligned to Prudential’s enterprise standards.

Support solution walkthroughs, UAT planning, and business validation.

Ensure regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements are embedded in solutions.
Skill Requirements
-
8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience, with strong Health Insurance domain exposure.

Hands-on experience in core insurance systems (PAS, Claims, CRM, Digital Platforms).

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
-
Experience working in large BFSI transformation programs.
-
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models.
