Job Summary
Job Title: Command Centre Analyst – Azure Managed Public Cloud Location: Bengaluru / Noida Experience: 5–10 years in IT, with 5+ years in Azure Cloud Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Azure infrastructure and applications in real-time.
- Manage incidents, Service request and ensure no SLA breach.
- Maintain proper trackers.
- Work with all cloud teams (Cloud Operation, Security Operations, Database Operations etc.) to get the Incident closed within the SLA as per priority.
- Strong Service Now and monitoring tool knowledge.
- Understanding of Azure Cloud and different functions.
- Strong knowledge of Major Incident Management and Security Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITIL processesNOTE: This is a critical 24x7 role and the candidate is expected to work from office.
