Selenium Test Lead - Cucumber, Java

Job Summary

The Test Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities related to cucumber, selenium, and Java projects. The individual will ensure the quality and efficiency of software testing processes, create test strategies, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for cucumber, selenium, and java projects

2. Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts for effective testing of software applications

3. Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them to closure

4. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software

5. Mentor and train team members on testing best practices and automation tools

6. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in using cucumber, selenium, and java for test automation

2. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices

3. Ability to develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios

4. Experience in leading testing activities and managing cross functional teams

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders

6. Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or Advanced Level (CTAL) certification is preferred
