About You: You’ll seamlessly navigate internal and external relationships, fostering trust and enhancing performance through effective relationship management and your exceptional communication skills. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 18 months of hands-on experience in FMCG Customer Supply Chain managing large accounts and delivering improvements. Your background should include a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, sales processes, forecasting techniques, and category management. Your expertise will be the key to success in this role. Your ability to influence and make an impact will be a defining trait in this role. We’re seeking an individual who can demonstrate their strong influencing skills through effective peer-to-peer collaboration and adept senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Advanced PC literacy, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, is a must for this role. Your strong data analytical skills, backed by a track record of proven results, will be the driving force behind your exceptional performance. SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We’re looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset. Your commitment to finding better ways of doing things and driving ongoing enhancements will be a valuable asset in this role.
