To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Framework Development:

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and tools

Develop reusable, maintainable automation code for UI, API, and backend systems
-
Implement frameworks using Java, Python, and TypeScript
Quality Engineering & Strategy:
-
Define and execute test strategies, quality plans, and automation roadmaps
-
Analyze defects, identify root causes, and recommend improvements in test coverage
-
Work with services like Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, S3, EC2
-
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
-
mplement performance testing (Gatling/k6/JMeter)
