Main Responsibilities: Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? In this dynamic role, you’ll be driving growth and managing sales in line with our company’s strategy across a vibrant and fast-paced territory. From building strong **relationships with distributors** to identifying **new business opportunities**, your impact will be felt every day. You’ll be the face of our **brand—leading negotiations**, delivering compelling **presentations**, and **closing deals** that matter. Hitting **sales targets and KPIs** will be part of your rhythm, but so will **analyzing market trends** and staying one step ahead of the competition. Who we are looking for: Your experience in **sales (4–7 years)** in FMCG area and **people management (1–3 years)** will be key, along with your ability to **juggle multiple priorities** and still **deliver results**. A background in **business, marketing, or economics** will serve you well, and confidence in tools like **MS Office and OLAP systems** is a big plus. You’ll also need a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to hit the road—because this role thrives in the field.
