Job Summary
Provide senior SAP development support for the AMS tower by resolving defects, delivering minor enhancements and maintaining custom SAP applications across Sonova's SAP core and add-on ecosystem.
SAP technical domain, ABAP/Fiori custom development, interfaces, forms, reports, workflows, Gateway/OData, SAP Solution Manager documentation and production support for Finance, Operations, OTC and MM/PP processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, troubleshoot and enhance ABAP objects, custom reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows and user exits/BAd Is in line with Sonova coding standards.
Resolve L2/L3 incidents and defects linked to custom SAP development, prioritising service continuity and SLA adherence for business-critical processes.
Support minor enhancements, service requests and small changes from design through build, unit testing, transport and deployment.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring development issues, recommend permanent fixes and update runbooks/SOPs to support shift-left execution.

SAP forms: Smart Forms/SAPscript/Adobe Forms
Transport and release management
Service Now/Jira/Solution Manager working knowledge
