Job Summary

Experience: 4-7 Years of Relevant Industry Experience

Title: SAM Licensing SME

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of more than 2 vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,

• In depth knowledge on SAM tools like Service Now SAM Pro ,Flexera

• Integrate Now Assist with Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

• Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Big Fix, SCCM, Service Now etc. etc.

• Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.

• Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.

• Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.

• Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.

• Good Presentation skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.

Skill Requirements

• Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.

• Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.

• Harvesting & Optimization etc.

• Day to Day SAM operation work (ELP Creation etc.)

• Resource building and Resource planning

• Training and Mentoring of the team.

• Escalation handling.
