In our busy Outpatients Department, the Nursing Associate plays a central role in delivering safe, compassionate care. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, assisting Registered Nurses with assessments, monitoring, and day‑to‑day patient needs while ensuring every patient is treated with dignity and respect. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude — positive, proactive, and team‑focused — who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. What you'll do: • Take responsibility for a group of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Communicate clearly, supporting colleagues to deliver high‑quality care.
- Recognise early signs of deterioration and escalate promptly.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records.
- Carry out safe, effective, person‑centred nursing procedures• Assist the RN with assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care.
- Perform and document clinical observations accurately.
