WHY HARVEY
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 58+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team on a 6-month contract and help keep our hiring process running smoothly during a period of rapid growth.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onsite coordination in our Sydney office. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across regions to ensure every candidate has a seamless, thoughtful experience from first touchpoint through to offer.
Harvey is scaling quickly across APAC, which means high hiring velocity and lots of moving parts. You’ll play a critical role in keeping processes organised, managing shifting calendars, and ensuring in-person interview days run flawlessly.
This is a hybrid role based in our Sydney office. You ’ll be expected to work onsite when in-person interviews are scheduled to support candidates and interviewers directly.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building structure, and take pride in delivering a world-class candidate experience, we’d love to meet you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
-
Host and support in-person interview days — greeting candidates, preparing meeting rooms, and managing onsite logistics
-
Maintain and optimise scheduling workflows and recruiting processes
-
Keep our applicant tracking system (Ashby) updated with accurate and timely information
-
Support recruiting operations initiatives focused on efficiency and continuous improvement
-
Collaborate with the broader Talent team to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across hiring
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
-
1–3 years’ experience in recruiting coordination, administration, operations, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience using Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system
-
Exceptional organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously
-
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Confidence troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and adapting quickly to change
-
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
-
Full Australian working rights (we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role)
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
-
6-month full-time contract
-
Hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW
-
Onsite presence required for in-person interview days
-
Standard 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday
