We're Hiring: Head of Distribution, International – The Hartford

Level: Senior Leadership

The Hartford International is growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Distribution to lead our international broker strategy, elevate our market presence, and drive profitable growth across key markets.

What you’ll lead

• Shape and execute our international distribution strategy

• Build and deepen senior‑level relationships with priority brokers

• Drive strategic growth initiatives and new business opportunities

• Lead marketing, communications, and brand development across the International business

• Oversee a high‑performing distribution & marketing team

What you bring

• Strong London Market distribution experience

• Proven ability to influence C‑suite brokers and internal leaders

• Expertise in strategic planning, communications, and market engagement

• A track record of driving commercial outcomes through partnerships

• Leadership capability with a collaborative, strategic mindset
