  • Lean Portfolio Governance: Assist in implementing lean governance principles to prioritize work, manage risk, and optimize resource allocation for maximum business impact.

  • Workforce Strategy Optimization: Contribute to workforce planning and analysis, ensuring the right skills and capacity are available to support strategic initiatives.

  • Portfolio Operations: Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, including planning, monitoring, and coordination, to maintain delivery cadence and operational excellence.

  • Vendor & Compliance Management: Support vendor contract oversight, invoice reconciliation, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare portfolio health reviews, scorecards, and MOR materials; champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Tool Integration & Data Management: Play an integral role in Agile reporting tools integration (e.g., Clarity, Rally) and maintain accurate data for portfolio insights.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of IT portfolio management experience

  • Familiarity with software development processes, including iterative and incremental methodologies.

  • Proven experience managing financials and understanding IT financial management practices.

  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel.

  • Strong ability to influence and build effective partnerships across teams.

  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

  • 1 year of industry experience preferred.

This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
