Job Duties

Under general supervision, coordinates and and assists in organizing efforts to represent the company favorably in the community. May assist in planning programs that align with the company's community outreach initiatives and goals as well as those that promote client/business relationships and good will. Establishes and maintains relationships with community leaders. Assists with coordination of the company's charitable contributions program, including coordinating receipt of and documenting requests for financial support. Generally familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Acts as a team member of the company's community relations team in setting short- and long-term community relations goals and may assist in implementing strategies to achieve these goals. May assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for community relations activities. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability and operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Qualifications

• Requires a completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree.

• Minime 5 years of experience in community relations which includes experience in a corporate setting.

• Intermediate English proficiency

• Work location: Francisco de Orellana
