As the E-commerce Manager, youwill lead our digital business and deliver exceptional online experiences for our customers.
In this role, you will drive commercial growth, optimize operations, and champion a customer-first approach across all digital touchpoints.
The E-Commerce Manager reports to the Omni Sales Manager in India.
What you will do:
Sales & Financial Performance:
- Drive commercial success by analyzing performance data, budgets, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Execute sales strategies and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Digital Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-first mindset and continuously enhance user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor service performance and benchmark against competitors to maintain COS’s leadership in customer experience.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all e-commerce channels, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency with COS standards.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end functionality of digital platforms.
Customer Relationship Management & Service:
- Implement strategies to collect and leverage customer data for engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage customer databases, personalize online shopping experiences, and optimize segmentation for targeted communications.
- Ensure customer service excellence through training, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Controlling, BAM) and external partners (marketplace platforms, agencies, vendors) to align objectives and deliver business goals.

What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within fashion or retail.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions and balance short-term priorities with long-term growth.
- Expertise in digital customer experience, CRM strategies, and omnichannel integration.
- Solid understanding of operational excellence, including process optimization and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams through change and growth.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategy, commercial activity planning, and partnership management.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Delhi office.
