As a Department Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager and other leaders to learn how to drive commercial success, lead a team, and create an inspiring store environment. You’ll be supported through structured training and real-time feedback, with the goal of stepping into a Department Manager role in the near future.

• Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store experience
• Learn to analyse sales data and contribute to strategies that maximise department performance
• Support and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Contribute to identifying and developing future talent within the team
• Help oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards
• Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring customers and colleagues with your enthusiasm for ARKET
• Step into leadership responsibilities when needed, with guidance and support from senior managers

This is a temporarypart-time Sales Advisor position with a contract of 30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible and until end of June 2026.
