GRAIL is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, Salesforce to join our Commercial Technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our Salesforce ecosystem, which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, and related enterprise integrations. You will play a critical role in supporting commercial and service workflows in a regulated healthcare environment by designing and implementing scalable automated testing frameworks and quality processes.

This is an opportunity to directly impact mission-critical systems that enable early cancer detection at scale. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Engineers, Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant releases in alignment with SDLC and regulatory expectations.

• MPK or RTP (3 days in office) – This is a hybrid role based in either Menlo Park, CA (moving to Sunnyvale, CA in Fall 2026) or Durham, NC. Our current flexible work arrangement policy requires that a minimum of 60%, or 24 hours, of your total work week be on-site. Your specific schedule, determined in collaboration with your manager, will align with team and business needs and could exceed the 60% requirement for the site.
