About the Role:
As a Data Analyst II, you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support & product teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.

Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.

Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.

Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.

Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.

Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.

Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
-
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
-
Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred)

Strong business acumen & KPIs knowledge for Pre & Post Sales functions such as Support, Sales engineering, services / customer onboarding and customer support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards

Python/R for data manipulation and automation

Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
