We work with corporations, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas

OUR IMPACT

The China Advisory team are committed to providing the world-class services to our clients from China. Our bankers play an important role in building relationships and executing transactions. The team encompasses a wide range of industry coverage, including Consumer Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Technology, Media and Telecom.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES

Our bankers play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Their responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing necessary financial advices by assessing clients’ situations and helping lead and manage the execution processes. Our senior bankers are also expected to provide guidance and advise our junior bankers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years of investment banking or equivalent experience
  • Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
  • Strong financial analytical capabilities and verbal and writing communication skills
    A proven ability to think commercially about the needs of the client
