Team Description:

The Derivative Sales team works with a variety of clients, including hedge funds, sponsors, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and corporates that use derivatives and other structured solutions to achieve their investment objectives.

The team is focused on providing multiple layers of equities solutions to our institutional clients, including equity swaps, vanilla and exotic options, cross-asset based systematic trading strategies (QIS), and various outperformance and financing solutions depending on the client’s diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Distribute best-in-class ideas and solutions to our Institutional Clients, including Hedge Funds, Sponsors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Private Equity Funds, Insurance Companies

· Help identify new business opportunities and originate new client relationships with a strategic and long-term view

· Grow and maintain existing client relationships

· Provide general support to the team by servicing client requests, working closely with Trading and Structuring on a wide array of derivative and custom solutions, managing internal workflow post-trade with Operations and Credit

· Analyze and back-test trade ideas to deliver bespoke content to clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic Qualifications:

· 2+ years of relevant experience

· Client-focused with strategic, long term mind-set

· Strong attention to detail

· Solid work ethics and high levels of motivation

· Strong technical and mathematical skills as well as proficiency in using pricing tools for derivatives

· Hard working with strong willingness to learn

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills

· Strong team player

· Commercially-minded

· Working knowledge and interest in global financial markets and derivative instruments
