GROWTH EQUITY INVESTING

RESPONSIBIITIES
Associates in Growth Equity Investing will be integrally involved with all aspects of the investment cycle including:
- Sourcing, identifying and evaluating attractive investment themes and opportunities;
- Building relationships with management teams, senior advisors and external industry experts;
- Performing due diligence;
- Financing and closing investments as well as developing, monitoring and implementing value creation strategies at our existing portfolio companies
We are looking for a team member who will thrive in a lean organization, operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
- Have an excellent academic and professional record
- Between 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity / VC, management consulting or a relevant operating role in enterprise software

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial analysis/modelling experience with robust analytical/problem-solving skills
