Systematic Market Making FX Trading sits within the broader Global Currencies and Emerging Markets group; a forefront player in both voice and automated trading. We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative trader in Paris, specialising in one delta products.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our trading and risk management, spearheading innovative research and development of market-making strategies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client franchise and finding innovative solutions to client and market needs.

Principal Responsibilities
- Risk management of ownership of one delta spot and NDF risks
- Conduct research and development of market making strategies
- Analysis of our pricing and hedging - analysis of large data sets to drive strategic improvements to our electronic trading
- Ownership of our broad client franchise – optimisations, solutions, education, engagement with both end clients/vendors and internal stakeholders
- Understand the regulatory and supervisory environment and demonstrate ownership of our obligations and responsibilities under this.
- Innovate and deliver systematic risk management approaches outside of the immediate one delta space.
Experience/Skills
- Strong academic background in a relevant field
- Computer science, mathematics, engineering or statistics background
- Passion and interest for markets; both macro environment and market microstructure
- Proven ability to analyse data and draw useful commercial conclusions
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, Java is a plus.
- Working experience with large data and machine learning experience is a plus
- Track record of learning new skills and adapting to new technologies
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within team and with other parts of the firm
- Demonstrated understanding of and engineering of a safe operating environment, particularly regarding the control environment around electronic trading
