The Digital Client Experience teams in Asset Management provide clients with innovative and customer-centered financial products to drive transformative changes. Mosaic, An external website and an end-to-end open architecture technology platform and a digital product that provides trading, settlement, analytics, and reporting solutions to global liquidity clients.

Advisor Portal: An external Advisor Portal is a key component of SMA expansion program. The aim of this portal is to provide an all-digital, best in class experience to Advisors such as advisor onboarding, application for new SMAs, track accounts status, access advisor tools etc. Retail distribution requires scaling our client onboarding and portfolio management to support tens of thousands of clients through diligence, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle events.

Digital Client Experience Engineering
Digital Client Experience Engineering teams build transformative cutting-edge digital platform and processes that form the core of our key business across liquidity, marketing and sales. Our growth is driven by a relentless focus on our people, our clients and customers, and leading-edge technology, data and design principals.
As an engineer on the Digital Client Experience team, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology innovation alongside industry leaders and make significant contributions to the field. You will be one the main drivers helping evolve our product strategy as we continue to ensure we are a market leader. This will involve you being asked to come up with creative and commercial solutions to the various problems the team is tackling, and also for us to be able to lean on your leadership when executing those choices.
We are looking for engineers who can drive a whole feature from design to execution, as well as engineers who can deep dive why an API is taking half a second longer than it should. Our team has a large variety of problems to tackle across the entire stack.
Day to Day Responsibilities
As a full stack developer you will
- Drive the design of critical components in the technology stack as well as oversee the implementation of new features, focusing on code quality, automation and testability.
- Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products
- Contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap and contribute to building an engineering culture within our global team.
- Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies to ensure performance, longevity, and scalability of infrastructure.
- Contribute to SDLC documentation and guidance including templates, patterns, and controls.
- Perform code reviews and system design reviews and establish code quality standards and software best practices for a distributed systems architecture.
- Mentor and help develop more junior technical talents.
- Communicate with leadership, engineers, and business teams.
We are looking for someone with lots of energy that enjoys engineering challenges and has a passion to deliver high quality technology solutions and is able to operate in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with design and implementation of low latency, high throughput, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Culture of excellence and collaboration
- Comfort with Agile operating models
- Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Java and experience with any of the Rx variants
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Experience with the Spring framework family
- Strong proficiency in: Distributed systems, Low-latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
- Experience with AWS
- Hands on experience with React and/or Angular
- Experience with external facing websites is a plus
- Experience working with clients / users a plus
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
