Asset and Wealth Management (AWM)

What You Will Do:
- Drive Solution Delivery: Be a key driver in delivering creative and commercially viable solutions for our digital platform, impacting how clients interact with our financial tools.
- Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain a unified, scalable digital platform engineered to host a variety of critical financial applications.
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Take full responsibility for features, from initial conceptual design and architectural planning through to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support in a production environment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously identify and implement strategies to enhance the performance, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability of the web platform and its applications.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Engage with and solve complex technical challenges across the entire technology stack, including modern front-end interfaces, robust back-end services, and data persistence layers.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with product partners, senior stakeholders, and globally distributed cross-functional teams to define requirements, contribute to technical strategy, and deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strategic and analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive decisions, and lead initiatives end‑to‑end
- Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, product partners, and global teams
- Extensive experience designing, building, and scaling full‑stack applications, leveraging modern front‑end frameworks (React/Angular), robust back‑end technologies (Node/Java/Python), and relational and non‑relational data stores
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including architecture design, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and operational excellence
- Strong hands‑on expertise in cloud‑native application development, with practical experience designing and operating systems on AWS
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers while collaborating with globally distributed, cross‑functional teams to deliver resilient, high‑performance, customer‑centric platforms
