At Go Guardian, we’re helping build a future where all learners are ready and inspired to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Our award-winning system of learning solutions is purpose-built for K-12 and trusted by school leaders to promote effective teaching and equitable engagement while helping empower educators to keep students safe.
What It’s Like to Work at Go Guardian
We are an outcomes-focused learning company with a steadfast focus on improving learning environments, one classroom at a time. Working with us means joining a remote team of diverse, committed, mission-driven employees who are inspired by our vision, dedicated to our customers, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Guardians put their heads together to solve problems, learn together from experiments that fail, and stand together by their work with full accountability. We balance our diligence with an inclusive culture that invites everyone to bring their whole self to work. Join us and learn why “I love the people here” is one of the most frequent comments we hear from Guardians.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, seasoned individual contributor who will raise the bar on how learning content is designed and delivered to our sales organization.
This role is responsible for developing and designing product and sales learning content in close partnership with Sales Enablement partners and Business Strategy Leadership. Your work supports seller product knowledge and growth-oriented sales motions. Rooted in the principles of adult learning theories, accessibility/inclusivity principles, and evaluation frameworks, this role operates as the subject matter expert in sound pedagogical and instructional design principles, while always open to - and seeking - creative, new ways to engage learners.
The Team
The Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in empowering and developing internal talent through high-impact product training and development programs. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will collaborate with Enablement partners and cross-functional teams to create engaging, effective learning experiences that drive employee performance in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Enablement.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Learning Design
-
Design Human-Centered Learning Journeys: Partner with Enablement Partners to develop engaging, skill-based learning programs for New Business Executives (NBEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their managers.
-
Apply Learning Science: Use adult learning methodologies, data insights, and design thinking to create "sticky" experiences that prioritize long-term knowledge retention and on-the-job performance over simple completion.
-
Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of instructional design trends, piloting new approaches in simulation and immersive learning to continuously elevate learner ROI
Content Development & AI Utilization
-
Learn Our Products & Customers: Acquire fundamental understanding of our product offerings, customer personas, and the K-12 industry, in order to execute best-in-class learning experiences for the sales teams who interface with our customers daily.
-
Leverage AI & Automation: Responsibly and creatively use AI tools to accelerate content design, personalize learning pathways, and scale modules for the Sales Enablement team.
-
Produce Multimedia Assets: Create high-quality, scalable digital content—including e Learning modules, remote workshops, videos, games, and simulations—that provide a variety of content digestion by the sellers.
-
Execute Onboarding Excellence: Partner with the Manager, Sales Enablement, and Sales Learning & Execution Lead to develop, revise, and optimize new-hire onboarding content specifically tailored for the NBE and CSM cohorts.
Collaboration & Project Management
-
Consult with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for Enablement Partners and SMEs, gathering requirements and translating business priorities into impactful strategic programs.
-
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Business Strategy leaders to ensure all learning programs align with evolving organizational goals.
-
Manage Concurrent Initiatives: Act as project manager for multiple high-priority projects, managing timelines and adapting rapidly to shifting priorities in our high-growth environment.
Operations, Impact & Optimization
-
Measure What Matters: Partner with leadership to develop metrics that evaluate effectiveness through learner sentiment (CSAT) and follow-up assessments to confirm long-term proficiency.
-
LMS Administration: Serve as the functional administrator for the Sales Enablement LMS, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on system enhancements.
-
Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit and optimize existing learning products based on learner feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs to ensure content remains accurate and inclusive.
Who You Are
-
A self-starting Enablement Partner, Learning Experience Designer, or Instructional Designer who thrives on ownership and creative, constructive, collaborative problem-solving
-
Execution-oriented — you care about what sellers do differently as a result of learning
-
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Growth partners, and Product teams
-
Structured and disciplined about managing workload, balancing priorities, and communicating to stakeholders
-
Growth mindset – creative, flexible, and comfortable with out-of-the-box thinking; willing to work outside your comfort zone and learn new tools if the best path to mastery doesn’t conform to a pre-structured plan or set of guidelines
-
Collaborative team player who wants to engage with teammates and colleagues
What You Bring
- 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Learning, Instructional Design, or a Sales or Sales Leadership role with training or coaching content responsibility within a Saa

-
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to be concise, impactful, and clear

Why this company
News & Buzz
To those that do this: Why don't you go to a mine that's pinged by your Guardian, Executor, Ironeye, or Caster?
This is aimed at those that do this and I'd like to hear your rationale. Just had it happen on my last couple DoN runs as a Guardian, Rev, and while experimenting with Ironeye. Got a few point downs just for taking some time to clear one even though I usually follow every ping I see. It takes 30 sec

TIL in 2013 a 9-yr-old boy got past 4 security check points at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport "without so much as a wink of suspicion" before boarding a flight to Las Vegas to go see an online friend. He didn't have an ID or a boarding pass & was alone with no parent or guardian with him
