We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join our Oracle Studio team in Mexico. This role focuses on driving sales activities, building strong client relationships, and leading opportunities to successful closure in the Oracle domain.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be an important player within our organization and will be interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models to enable further growth in the Oracle space.

  • Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logos.

  • Having the general knowledge to handle initial conversations with clients about Oracle solutions. Both in terms of Oracle Apps offerings (Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, EPM, Supply Chain) and also Oracle Tech offerings (OCI, OIC, AI, Analytics).

  • With your overall know-how in Oracle solutions you will help account teams to drive a pipeline of qualified leads across a defined territory, help qualify leads into opportunities and execute qualified leads through to closure.

  • You will receive comprehensive support from specialized Oracle architects for every sales opportunity you lead. They will assist in designing the optimal solution tailored to each client's requirements and will also provide estimates for the necessary efforts, timelines, and profiles needed for successful project or service delivery.

To be successful in the role you need to have:

  • Must have 10+ recent years of sales experience in Oracle solutions. It can be in both Apps and/or Tech.

  • Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)

  • Must possess a strong understanding of the Oracle ecosystem, including key Oracle clients, Oracle sales executives and Oracle partners.

  • Ideally you would have additional sales experience in non-Oracle products and services. In Apps: companies like SAP and Salesforce. And/or in Tech, companies like AWS or Google or Microsoft.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients

  • Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
