We seek a SAP CPI Consultant Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

As an experienced Cloud Integration Specialist, you will part of a cross-team of Integration Architects and Developers to gather integration requirements, streamline the integration architecture, design and develop integrations, and optimize integration solutions for SAP Success Factors integrated to SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have over 6-8 years of SAP Cloud Platform Integration experience in multiple project roll-outs and a proven track record in developing custom integrations.

The candidate must have knowledge in Success Factors Employee Central data modals such as Employee Data, Personal Data, Foundation objects, Picklists, etc. To be successful in this role, you are someone who enjoys a challenge, is innovative, analytical and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Success Factors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows, iflows.
• Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
• Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations – pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, credentials & certificate maintenance, etc.
• Minimum 9-12 years of integration experience between Success Factors with other SAP and non- SAP systems.
• Demonstrated experience with web services SOAP, REST, and Data exchange formats like XML, JSON.
• Knowledge in data transformation tool set like JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy script.
• Strong understanding of Success Factors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc).
• Certifications in SAP Integration Suite considered an asset.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
