We Are seek a Senior Functional/Business Analyst- Senior 4/8 years of experience in INSURANCE field - who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical structures, ensuring that requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions. The candidate will be involved in complex projects affecting core areas of the insurance business: Portfolio Management, Accounting, Registry, and Sales Network

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).

• Solid Experience in INSURANCE: Proven knowledge of insurance processes, with specific expertise in one or more of the following areas (Portfolio, accounting, Registry, Sales network)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science for Management or similar degrees.

• Being a digital passionate.

• Teamwork: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments.

• Enjoy solving problems: Analytical skills geared toward solving complex problems.

• Being a Strategic Thinker.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to interact effectively with technical teams and business figures.

• Negotiation: Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and mediate between customer requests and technical constraints.

• Programming languages: Oracle Sql (Intermediate Queries) and My Sql

• Knowledgein Agile Methodology: (Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall).

• Experience using Rally, JIRA, Confluence, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Documentation Management: Drafting of detailed User Stories with related acceptance criteria.
• Drafting of functional specifications and mapping of business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE flows).
• Maintenance of project documentation on Confluence.
• Testing and Quality:Preparation of Test Books and test cases.
• Execution and support for functional tests and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Stakeholder Management: Daily management of relations with client representatives, the internal development team and coordination with third-party suppliers involved in the project.
• Monitoring: Using Jira to track tasks, bugs, and development progress.
