Required Qualifications:

• Upper Intermediate conversational skills

• Industry and project experience of 3 to 6 yrs in Service Now

• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.

• Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects and multiple initiatives at the same time

• 3+ years of experience leading a Service Now team and driving solutions

• 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing Service Now in an enterprise environment

• Strong experience with Service Now Scripting

• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.

• Strong experience in Custom Application Development using Service Now

• Strong experience in any of this modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM.
