We seekan AEM Developer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Software development experience, mostly Java
• Solid experience working with AEM
• Thorough understanding of the building blocks of AEM
• Experience extending AEM basic functionality, administrative areas
• Design, develop and support WCM components, integrations and applications
• Working knowledge and understanding of the following frameworks: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, JSON.
• Experience working with MAVEN, being familiar with any AEM MAVEN archetype
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
• Capability to design and improve internal development methodologies

You will get a chance to:

• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates
• Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations
• Help to establish overarching program goals and objectives in the WCM program at a customer
• Develop AEM templates and workflows leveraging current AEM software releases using AEM Components and J2EE skill set
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
