We seek a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

Key responsibilities:

• • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models, tables, and business processes.

• Execute end-to-end SAP data migration projects.

• Analyze legacy data, define extraction rules, cleanse, and transform data to align with SAP standards.

• Load data into S/4HANA using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

• Collaborate with functional teams across modules such as OTC, STP, RTR, and QBM to define field-level mapping and transformation logic.

• Strong knowledge of SAP master data and transaction data (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master, GL, Customers, Product master, Open PO, Open SO, GL balances etc.)

• Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or migration to S/4HANA.

• Hands-on experience with key migration tools and technologies:

o SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services)

o SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM)

o LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)

o BAPIs / IDOCs

• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and manage error resolution processes.

• Develop and troubleshoot load templates for master and transactional data objects.

• Support data migration rehearsals, cutover planning, and final data loads during go-live.

• Ensure alignment with data governance and quality standards throughout the migration process.

• Nice to have: basic ABAP debugging skills and experience mentoring junior team members or coordinating with offshore teams and onshore teams.
