We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with a strong analytical mindset to work with one of our key clients in the banking sector, supporting their Commercial Marketing team in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to act as the strategic bridge between the bank and the execution teams (agencies, channel specialists, and analysts). Beyond managing projects, you will be responsible for defining the right audiences, identifying the best ways to reach them, and optimizing Paid Media investments to maximize the return of the bank’s financial products

What will you do with us?

1.

Strategic Project Management:

  • Lead the activation of the commercial marketing service, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (creative, analytics, and channel specialists).

  • Ensure that every campaign is aligned with client’s business objectives.
    Oversee timelines, deliverables, and ensure operational excellence throughout all project phases.

Audience Analysis & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Segment audiences based on behavior, financial profile, and customer lifecycle.
    Use Paid Media and analytics tools to estimate audience volumes and uncover market opportunities.

  • Identify priority target audiences for each specific banking product.

3.

Channel Strategy & Digital Activation:

  • Design end-to-end digital strategies across Branding and Performance environments.

  • Define the optimal channel mix for each campaign and collaborate with channel teams to ensure flawless execution.

  • Ensure full campaign traceability to measure real ROI.

4.

Optimization & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage the direct relationship with the agency, including briefing creation, reviewing creative proposals, and approving final materials.

  • Continuously optimize Paid Media campaigns with a strong focus on performance and results.

  • Present performance reports and strategic initiatives to the bank’s product owners.

Who are we looking for? (Requirements)

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency environment or working with clients in services or financial sectors.

Analytical Mindset

  • Proven experience working with audience segmentation and digital analytics tools.

Paid Media Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and performance optimization.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to manage senior internal stakeholders and coordinate external teams.

Organization

  • Highly organized profile with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
