We seek a Tech Manager SAP BTP who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• High-Resilience Architecture: Implementation of "side-by-side" extensions using SAP SDI and queue-based "Write-Back" orchestration to guarantee 100% operational continuity during ERP downtime.
• Cloud-Native Development: Leveraging Node.js (CAP) and HANA Cloud (HDI/SQLScript) to build a modular, "Single Responsibility" blueprint on Cloud Foundry.
• Custom Engine Engineering: Development of high-performance, in-app Workflow and Rules Engines to handle complex task-management loops and bulk-data operations beyond standard service limits.
• Technical Governance: Enforcement of industrial-grade code quality standards, ensuring Unit Testing coverage exceeds 80% and maintaining strict secure coding practices (XSUAA/IAS).
• Advanced AI Integration: Deployment of SAP AI Core and GenAI Hub using RAG (Vector Engines) and "Dual-Mode" architectures to provide intelligent automation with reliable manual fallbacks.
• Secure Enterprise Connectivity: Seamless integration of On-Premise ERP systems via SAP Cloud Connector and optimized OData v2/v4 service consumption.
