We seek a Service Now Specialist(ITOM/Portal/SAM/CSM) at Senior Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Required Qualifications

• Position: Service Now (Senior / Lead / Architect)

• Year of Experience – 5 to 12 years

• Key skills

• Service Now Developer, ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/SAM/GRC, Service Portal, Catalogs.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications(Incident, Problem, Change, Service

Request) within Service Now along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.

• Experience of implementing Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal.

• Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility

and reuse in mind

• Strong knowledge of developing on the Service Now platform and enterprise

architectures..

• Excellent understanding of the ways in which Service Now can be configured and

customized scripting within the tool.

• Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a Service Now environment, how to

diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance.

• Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Email Notification

• Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations

• (Added Advantage) Experience of implementing the Service Portal on Service Now
