Introduction
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for our European Sales territory. The focus of this Sales role is to develop and grow our foundry customer business, with focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities. The main responsibility is to achieve assigned business development targets by growing customer accounts and drive the distribution business with our value-added partners in EMEA.
Your Job

Sales management responsibility for a set of customers and value-added partners (distribution business)
-
Accountable to deliver Revenue growth, Design Win and other Key Performance Indicators with direct accounts and distribution partners

Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed Sales plan
-
Responsible for developing and executing innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and profitability growth
Key Activities
-
Identify and develop new high-value accounts while growing Global Foundries existing customer base in the region – focus consumer, industrial and A&D customers
-
Work with Global Foundries’ Stakeholders to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation
-
Work closely with the foundry manufacturing organizations to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars
-
Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree is a must
-
5+ years recent experience in Semiconductors Sales
-
Experience covering different European countries
-
Experience working in the semiconductors market, Tier1s and OEMs
-
Experience working with small and medium international accounts
-
Project Management and Negotiations skills
-
Target oriented, proven track record in customer development as well as strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction

Leadership skills, self-driven, capable to deal with uncertainty in a teamwork environment
-
Enjoy working for a multicultural company in an international setup
-
Willing to travel
-
Fluent in English required and German language skills are a strong plus, especially for local client interactions
