Join our Operations Training and Development (OTD) team and be a driving force in shaping innovative, high-impact learning experiences that attract, grow, and retain top talent at GF. In this strategic role, you’ll design and lead learning initiatives that build critical technical capabilities and empower individuals and teams to fuel organizational growth. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and leaders to elevate the employee experience and drive a culture of excellence.
Learning Strategy & Program Development
-
Develop and implement technical learning strategies to foster a continuous learning culture and enhance workforce capabilities.

Conduct technical skills assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, define learning outcomes, and align training with business goals.

Design structured, blended technical learning curricula in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with evolving technologies and operational requirements.
Training Delivery & Evaluation
-
Deliver technical training across various platforms (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning) tailored to technical and operational needs.

Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain and update technical skills and competency matrix to support targeted development.
Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Training KPI

LMS record maintenance, learning activity creation, training material review and implementing best delivery methods

Establish and track training metrics and departmental development goals, driving them to successful closure
Partnerships & Outreach

Partner with educational institutions to offer internships, work-study programs, and industry talks focused on technical skill development and career pathways in operations.

Coach employees for participation in outreach events such as job fairs and career talks.

Support leadership development and contribute to talent outreach, branding, and hiring under the TAG (Teams for Accelerated Growth) framework.
Innovation & Best Practices

Stay current with learning and development trends, including digital tools, simulations, and industry certifications, to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant.

Benchmark and adopt best practices in training delivery, including the use of AR/VR, microlearning, and performance support tools.
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.

Experience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.
Training & Facilitation
-
Confident in delivering and facilitating stand-up training; ACLP certification is a plus.

Skilled in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
Skills & Attributes

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proactive, resourceful, and innovative with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
