Summary of Role:
Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve an implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Teamcenter and CRM MS-Dynamics across multiple releases. The Kinaxis Solution will need to fit into the new Platform Approach.
Essential Responsibilities:

Drive the E2E process design, build, test, integration of D2D (Demand to Deliver) Planning

Architectural Solution Design Proposals for the existing GF’s Kinaxis Solution and the Solution Landscape especially Revenue Analytics
-
Adoption of Source System Migrations for Kinaxis Planning Solution in the Scope of Program Phoenix
-
Assist in the Resolution of process and integration design issues related to Value Stream
-
Expertise in Master Data Requirements for Advanced Planning Solutions
-
Responsible for functional Specifications, integration specifications
-
Provide thought Leadership, Best Practice and Subject Matter Expertise within D2D Planning in order to strive for Standard Solutions

Working in a multi-Partner Environment
Required Qualifications:

Overall Kinaxis Experience of 8 years in Implementation or technical Enhancement Work and Lead Solution Architect in Kinaxis Planning Solution

following Kinaxis Certification as minimum Requirement

Contributor Level 1 and Author Level 1 and
-
Administrator Level 1

Kinaxis Technical Skill Set in Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and Order Fulfillment

Relevant University Degree, e.g. Research Operations, Information Technology
-
Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech / Semiconductor Supply Chain Planning would be an advantage.

Expertise in Upstream and Downstream Solutions required for Advanced Planning System
-
Strive for Standard Supply Chain Planning Solutions in a global manufacturing Environment
-
Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince others
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple Time Zones
-
Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams
-
Work Location will be Singapore
