Summary of Role:

Global Foundries Singapore is seeking highly skilled and motivated Engineering WSDegree interns to become part of our state-of-the-art factory.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Gain experience in the semiconductor industry

• Demonstrate a good understanding of wafer fabrication process and equipment functionality

• Learn the concept of Statistical Process Control, Equipment Fault Detection Classification, Equipment control system and metrology

• Acquire problem solving skills

• Discuss with mentor to define the FYP project, scope and resources needed.

• FYP will be relatable to what has been learnt or acquired from Block 2 but of higher order of challenge.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE)/Material Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Chemical and Artificial Intelligence or any related disciplines.

**This application is for students enrolled in the WSDegree programme for the 2026 intake. The applicants should be able to commit the duration of Block 1/2 of the WSDegree programme.
