Job Summary

Principal Technical Project Management, reporting to the Senior Director of GFES (Global Fab Engineering Services). This role involves governing the operational performance of both the Malaysia and India sites, initiating new portfolios, and setting up project frameworks & business processes by advocating the right project management approach. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business process management and the ability to operate independently and strategically. This role requires translating complex operational and portfolio data into clear storyline through data‑driven dashboards, analytics, and executive‑ready presentations, enabling informed decision‑making. Success depends on influencing stakeholders, shaping governance discussions, and continuously improving processes in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with the primary owner, who owns overall governing procedures, standards, and decision authority.

• Support and execute established project governance, including status reporting, reviews, and decision forums, in alignment with defined governance frameworks.

• Ensure project activities remain aligned with internal governance processes, compliance requirements, and audit expectations.

• Partner with the Technical owner in stakeholder management.

• Support cross‑functional alignment and execution by coordinating actions, follow‑ups, and issue resolution without direct authority.

• Facilitate effective collaboration across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams, escalating risks or decisions to the primary lead when required.

• Development and documentation of new business processes based on GFES requirements

• Business storylines are converted into action through purposeful dashboard design and compelling executive presentations.

Other Responsibilities:

• Understand complex relationships and content and communicate them in a structured way

• Ability to work flexibly and adaptably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities to meet business needs

• Ability to influence and persuade others to support goals or actions without relying on positions of power

• Ability to convert business processes into compelling narratives through creative storytelling, high‑impact dashboards, and executive‑level presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent

• 5 to 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred

• Strong project coordination skills, ability to demonstrate junior leadership capabilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Data-driven mindset with attention to details

• Strong sense of accountability

• Good skill set in utilizing presentation tools such as: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other engaging presentation programs

• Candidates with prior experience in quality functions are strongly preferred.
