Job Description

  • Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently: Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals
  • Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout
  • Shipment Plan
    Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes
    Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling
    Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements
    Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
    Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Job Complexity Proficient in some aspects of a technical discipline.

Relationship Focus Directed contact at engineering level.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic principles and practices in one technical discipline.
Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR)
BS + 0-2 years of experience or
MS + 0-2 years
