Internship Program Overview:
Our Interns & Co-ops are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with a meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. As an intern at GF, you’ll experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.
Summary of Role:
You will be positioned within the Technology Enablement department where you will identify a path to integrate a high precision resistor. You will be working with cross-functional teams on the development of high voltage IP.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
-
To do electrical characterization of the identified material to extract its material and electrical properties.
-
To analyze the electrical data collected through statistical and analytical methods to draw a conclusion.

To do reliability check of the fabricated resistors and devise further improvement to meet the automotive criteria
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering related field (EEE/ECE/Microelectronics/IC Design) OR Physics
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Has background or interest in Semiconductor/MOS device physics

Any knowledge or prior experience in Process Integration / Technology development is a plus
