Essential Responsibilities include:
- Incident Resolution & Process Enhancements
- Work closely with business and IT teams to resolve system incidents and implement enhancements for continuous process improvement.
- Act as a liaison between functional teams and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Kinaxis Functional Support
- Provide end-to-end functional support to Kinaxis stakeholders.
- Create and maintain workbooks, dashboards, and customized reports for business users in Kinaxis.
- RPM Cycle Management
- Execute tasks and scripts based on the RPM calendar to ensure smooth cycle operations.
- Run bi-weekly RPM cycles in Kinaxis and coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for generating the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Revenue Planning teams to align supply chain processes.
- Support Fab planners in generating weekly wafer starts and assist supply planners in order commitment processes through Kinaxis.
- Data Integrity & Parameter Management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of key input parameters such as Yield, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and BOM in Kinaxis.
- Analyze WIP data to determine supply status and resolve constraints to meet on-time delivery targets.
- Planning & Capacity Management
- Support supply planning, demand planning, and capacity management activities in Kinaxis.
- Develop and implement capacity plans in coordination with Industrial Engineering; identify long-range throughput constraints and align engineering efforts accordingly.
- Digital Transformation & Automation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives from initial discussions through UAT.
- Encourage adoption of advanced planning methods and optimize processes using automation.
- Revenue Planning & Reporting
- Generate MPS and revenue plans for the organization; address revenue plan and ASP-related issues.
- Provide insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Post-Transition Data Management
- Resolve post-transition data issues in CRM and ERP systems to maintain data integrity across platforms.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Masters.
- Experience – bachelor's degree with 6-8years, master's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, demand management, and/or business consulting
- Hands on work experience in Kinaxis
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills and should possess professional behavior.
- Should be well versed with Supply chain finance & revenue management
- Should have a good understanding of Supply chain planning & scheduling, Inventory management, Demand planning and forecasting
- Should have excellent analytical capabilities and presentation skills
- Should have excellent excel , advanced excel and Power BI , SQL, skills
- Basic knowledge on data extraction from database like Oracle/SAP/others.
- Should have progressive mindset towards business and responsibilities.
- Language Fluency – English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with planning systems like i2 JDA/Kinaxis RR/O9 solutions/SAP IBP..etc
- Practiced in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
- Kinaxis certifications, Contributor/Author/Administrator
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and core principles (APICS Cert. or equivalent a plus)
