Summary of Role:

Global Foundries is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Change & Technology Transformation to serve as a senior enterprise transformation leader for, a multiyear, global business and digital transformation initiative. This role is accountable for driving end to end transformation outcomes, with a primary focus on the program’s most complex and business critical phase ERP transformation

This is not a traditional PMO role. The successful candidate will own transformation strategy execution, standardization of enterprise ways of working, executive alignment, and value realization across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT. The role requires deep business judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead complex change at scale.

Essential Responsibilities:

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

  • Lead delivery of critical phases of GF Program Phoenix R6 ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating model design, and technology execution.

  • Drive adoption of global, standardized business processes, avoiding localized or regions pecific customizations that increase complexity and technical debt.

  • Ensure transformation outcomes improve operational performance, decision making, and long term scalability.

Governance & Decision Leadership

  • Own transformation governance, including scope control, design tradeoffs, risk management, and decision escalation.

  • Partner with Finance, IT, and functional leaders to establish clear accountability for value realization and measurable business outcomes.

  • Act as the senior authority on transformation design consistency and enterprise standards.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions.

  • Influence and align senior leaders across functions with competing priorities in a high stakes environment.

  • Lead executive level forums, steering committees, and transformation reviews.

Partner & Vendor Leadership

  • Provide senior oversight of system integrators and external partners, holding them accountable for results, quality, and delivery commitments.

  • Guide recovery planning, risk mitigation, and performance improvements where needed.

Change Leadership

  • Work with Change Management and HR partners to ensure strong organizational readiness, adoption, and leadership alignment.

  • Anticipate and address resistance, capability gaps, and behavioral change challenges across a global workforce.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience leading largescale enterprise transformations, digital transformations, or ERP enabled business change.

  • Proven success delivering complex, global initiatives with significant business impact across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.

  • Strong understanding of SAP enabled business processes (e.g., Recordto Report, Procureto Pay, Orderto Cash, PLM) and how they support enterprise operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make enterprise level tradeoffs, and influence at the executive level.

  • Experience managing large system integrators and crossfunctional, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments.

  • Background in enterprise operating model design, value realization, or postERP optimization.

  • Track record of leading transformation beyond delivery into sustained adoption and benefits realization.

Expected Salary Range

$193,000.00 - $324,000.00
