Job Purpose

Manage and provide healthcare services and employee wellness programs in the company.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for overall technical and administrative operations of the in-house clinic.

Responsible for assessment and triage of employees reporting occupational & non-occupational injuries

Deliver first-aid and nursing services such as attending to work injuries, dressing of wounds, incisions, etc.

Provides professional health and/or nursing care for the comfort and well-being of employees and assists physicians during examinations and treatments

Conducts occupational health testing as required

Prepares and maintains patient clinical records

Develops preventive health care programs

May maintain established inventory levels for medicines, supplies and equipment

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

Education

Preferably Diploma in Nursing or GCE ‘O’ or ‘A” Level

State Registered Nurse:

Experience

At least 3-5 years of nursing experience in ambulatory services or hospital.

Additional industrial nursing experience would be preferred. Proficient in Excel and Word. Competent in the interpretation of the Nurses Act, Factories Act, Singapore Standard Code of Practices and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series
