Position Overview:

This role is designed for fresh graduates or junior talents with both technical background and business acumen. You will act as the core interface between customers (such as chip design companies) and our internal manufacturing and engineering departments. Your responsibilities will include customer relationship maintenance, order management, market information collection, and cross - departmental coordination to ensure that customer needs are responded to and met in a timely manner.
Work with customers to find new opportunities, carrying out successful evaluations leading to DWINs, and providing support during the Design-In phase to ensure a successful first-time-right NPI.

Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):

• Cultivates long-term, strategic partnerships with clients to generate growing demand for our differentiated solutions

• Partners with Customer Application Engineering (CAE) and customer in the field to problem solve and develop solutions

• Assists CAE, AM and customer on the organization's semiconductor products throughout the development cycle to ensure successful completion of the application

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Qualifications:

• Education: Fresh graduates of 2026 or graduates with less than one year of work experience, majoring in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Business, or related fields. Candidates with a strong interest in semiconductor industry and internship experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred.

• Knowledge and Skills: Understand the basic principles, methods, and practices of the professional field; be able to apply the company's policies and procedures to solve routine issues; be able to apply appropriate language skills (English is the working language and should meet the needs of business communication) based on the job environment.

• Ability Quality: Have good communication and coordination skills, team-work spirit, and logical thinking ability; be proficient in using Office software and have the ability of data analysis and report writing.
