Job Title: Power BI Developer- S&OP Analytics

Summary of Role:
The Power BI developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enhance the data visibility and decision making across the S&OP and global demand planning teams. This role blends technical expertise in data modeling and automation with deep business insights into planning, logistics, inventory and operations performance. The ideal candidate who can work in a complex working environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports supporting the S&OP functions
- Build and optimize data models with accurate relationships, measures, and KPIs using DAX and Power Query
- Develop templates and report automation aligned with S&OP and executive revie cadence
- Create visual storytelling and executive summaries that simplify complex operational data
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures and ETL workflows to improve data refresh speed and reliability
- Collaborate with Supply Chain IT to integrate Power into a centralized useful interface
- Work with the S&OP team for off-hour escalations during S&OP review periods
Required Qualifications:
- Education – bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (minimum)
- Experience – Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the following:6+ years in data analytics or Power BI roles within supply chain, manufacturing or operations environments
- Understanding of S&OP, MPS, demand and supply planning
- Experience with Dax, Power Query, SQL, and Python Scripting
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI
- Travel
- Up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education – master’s degree in data science, Business or Supply Chain
- Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Demand Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to and working with senior leadership stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
