Introduction:

We are looking for a senior management to lead our new China Foundry program, who will be accountable for the POR fab delivering milestones for production ramps in partner fab per the stipulated timeline. You will play a critical role in managing customers, leading and working closely with partner fab, GF fab and GF China to ensure successful deliverables of this program.

Your Job:

  • Technical Expertise: To work closely with customers and partner fab to resolve challenges surfaced up during process installation, qualification and product yield and ramp. Preferred eNVM and HV processes fabrication experiences on 40nm & below technology nodes
  • Technology Transfer: Well verse of cross fab technology transfer methodology and ramp experience to achieve stable production line with high quality at partner fab
  • Cross Fab Activities: To coordinate tech transfer, process readiness, pre-ramp workshops and trainings at POR fab at different phases of process installation
  • Relationship Management: Offer expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions. You will interact with executives, major customers and/or site managers to derive the desired outcome, influence decisions and identify and resolve critical issues.
  • Customer First: To manage and deliver customer’s needs and expectations by working closely with partner fab, POR fab and customers
  • Resource planning: To work closely with POR fab on technology transfer planning and resources; to partner GF China leadership for more business engagement into GF’s China Foundry program

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in the semiconductor industry (engineering and project management) or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships or program management within the semiconductor industry or related technology sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience and track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor market dynamics in Greater China.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide consistent and clear communications between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the senior leadership team.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, written & verbal.
