You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.
About the Role:
Glean is seeking an AI Content Strategist to design and scale our AI-enabled content operating model. This role builds structured, repeatable systems that use AI to accelerate research, synthesis, repackaging, distribution, and measurement—while maintaining a high, human editorial bar. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Design, and the Work AI Institute to turn business priorities and research into clear editorial strategy and high-impact content.
You will:
Design AI-powered content workflows
-
Design and refine AI-augmented workflows across the content lifecycle (intake, drafting, review, repackaging, distribution, measurement).
-
Define where AI is most useful vs. where human editorial judgment must lead, and encode those choices into playbooks and templates.
-
Partner with Design, Web, and Marketing Ops to streamline handoffs and reduce operational friction.
Own cross-channel editorial strategy and planning
-
Build and maintain a cross-channel editorial calendar spanning blogs, reports, webinars, interactive assets, email, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
-
Identify and prioritize high-impact content themes aligned with Glean’s strategic messaging, campaigns, and Work AI Institute research.
-
Maintain and evolve a consistent messaging framework across personas, departments, and verticals.
Lead content development and editorial quality
-
Turn research, customer stories, telemetry, and interviews into structured narratives and flagship assets (e.g., reports, guides, playbooks).
-
Ensure clarity, cohesion, and quality across major editorial outputs, from hero assets to derivatives.
-
Coach internal subject-matter experts on providing structured inputs that increase editorial leverage and quality.
Drive distribution, repackaging, and performance
-
Collaborate with Demand Gen, SDRs, Field Marketing, and Sales to build thoughtful distribution and repurposing plans for priority assets.
-
Systematically repurpose flagship content into derivative assets tailored to different personas, stages, and channels.
-
Define and track success metrics; run regular content audits to keep content fresh, discoverable, and on-brand.
Act as a cross-functional connector
-
Serve as a connective partner across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, Communications, and the Work AI Institute.
-
Support launches, campaigns, research reports, and flagship events with cohesive narrative planning and content systems.
-
Contribute to broader messaging and positioning discussions across the organization.
About you:
Required qualifications:
-
3–5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS organization.
-
Proven experience building and managing structured content programs, including editorial calendars, workflows, and performance measurement.
-
Exceptional storytelling and structuring skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical, or research-heavy inputs into clear, compelling narratives.
-
Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales on campaigns, launches, and sales enablement.
-
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data to inform content decisions and prioritization.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high editorial bar.
-
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Background in AI, machine learning, enterprise software, or developer tooling.
-
Experience contributing to research-backed thought leadership, executive narratives, or industry reports.
-
Familiarity with AI tools or agents used in research, drafting, and content repurposing workflows.
-
Experience building or refining content intake and governance processes in a high-growth company.
Location:
- This role is hybrid (3 days a week in our Bangalore office)
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

Is there anything that can be gleaned from someone who is really good at boardgames?
I know someone who is really good at boardgames. It doesn't matter if they've played the game before or not. They're able to amass SO many victory points and I'm just kind of in awe. They just "get" the game. I'm not even sure how they're able to be so effective. So, I'm just wondering if there
