Job Description
Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul
-
Responsabilidades Estamos em busca de uma pessoa estrategista, analítica e com forte domínio em mídia e performance.
-
Gerenciar, desenvolver e conduzir, junto à liderança da América do Sul, a estratégia de mídia e performance do Brasil;
-
Traduzir objetivos de marca e de negócio em estratégias de mídia full funnel que maximizem performance e eficiência;
-
Trabalhar em parceria com agências de mídia, desafiando estratégias apresentadas com base em briefings de negócio, metas de vendas e dados de mercado;
-
Garantir eficiência entre meios, com domínio de mídia offline (ex.: Globo, TV aberta) e mídia online e de performance (ex.: Google Ads, social media, programática);
-
Acompanhar e garantir a otimização das campanhas com base em dados, KPIs e performance;
-
Gerenciar o budget local, recomendando a melhor alocação de investimento e garantindo organização e controle financeiro;

Impulsionar inovação em mídia, garantindo o melhor aproveitamento das parcerias;
-
Trabalhar de forma integrada e alinhada aos objetivos de negócio junto a stakeholders internos;
-
Liderar e inspirar a equipe de mídia e performance.

Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)- Formação superior completa;
-
Inglês avançado ou fluente;
-
Experiência sólida em estratégias de mídia integrada (offline + online), com foco em performance e mensuração de resultados, conectando os objetivos de negócio;

Forte perfil analítico
-
Experiência com agências e/ou em anunciantes;
-
Vivência anterior com grandes anunciantes e gestão de verbas;
-
Capacidade de liderar times e colaborar com múltiplos stakeholders;
-
Organização e disciplina para controle detalhado de budget.
O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência)- Experiência prévia no setor automotivo ou de bens de consumo;
- Espanhol.
