Job Description

Hybrid:

This position requires being on-site 3 times per week.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

  • Provide technical support for customer requests across Peru.
  • Analyze, update, and monitor quality issues related to the Buses & Trucks portfolio.
  • Plan and execute aftersales programs, including Maintenance Cadence Plans, Kaizen, Ecodrive, Readiness, Customer School, training plan progress indicators, and training provider management.
  • Coordinate with internal GM and Isuzu teams to resolve product quality-related concerns.
  • Actively participate in service and quality committees involving product issues (CPIP, Sentinel Dealer, Warranty Committee).
  • Coordinate the execution and documentation of technical competitions (national and I1-GP).
  • Prepare and communicate service-related information and bulletins, in alignment with GM and Isuzu technical areas.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in similar positions within the automotive industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Specialization in maintenance.
  • Experience supporting dealership networks.
  • Previous involvement in aftersales training programs or technical service coordination.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.

The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.
