Gerente de Distrito de Posventa

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar y apoyar a los concesionarios asignados en el desarrollo de estrategias y actividades que maximicen la satisfacción de clientes y los resultados del negocio de Posventa de los Concesionarios y Distribuidores Chevrolet / General Motors.

• Elaborar, coordinar y monitorear planes de negocio de Posventa para los Concesionarios / Distribuidores asignados, aplicando acciones con enfoque retail para incrementar la retención y satisfacción de los clientes Chevrolet y de la cadena de valor.

• Gestionar aspectos clave del negocio de Posventa como ventas de repuestos, centrales BDC, cobertura geográfica y digital, NPS y satisfacción de clientes, productividad de talleres de servicio y colisión, campañas de retención, y cumplimiento de estándares establecidos por General Motors.

Requisitos

• Formación: Graduados y/o egresados en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial / Civil / Industrial / Mecánica o carreras afines.

• Experiencia: Mínimo3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en posiciones similares.

• Inglés: Nivel intermedio.

• Paquete Office: Nivel intermedio.

• Licencia de conducir vigente en Colombia.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Cali, Barranquilla o Medellin.

• Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional, realizando visitas diarias a la red de concesionarios en la zona asignada.

Competencias deseables

• Experiencia en la industria automotriz o sectores relacionados.

• Conocimientos en Power BI y manejo de bases de datos.

• Manejo de SAP.

This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
